Using Confirmed Video to Track Thai-Cambodian Border Skirmishes

We are investigating recently emerged video evidence of strikes and destruction to Cambodia-based sites close to the disputed border with Thailand, as part of the resurgent fighting which has resulted in at least 10 individuals being lost and a vast number displaced.
Two videos confirmed earlier today depict damage to a cluster of structures in the Cambodian region of the Pursat area. The site is situated just over 500m (1,600ft) from the Diamond Hotel and Casino in Thmor Dar, which has been struck at least two times in the past few days and is itself extremely near to the border.
The recordings displays smoke rising, debris strewn around and damage to some of the structures. New satellite imagery of the location shows that at least a single building was flattened.
A significant number of the buildings are newly built and the location looks to still be undergoing development.
There are suggestions in Thai media that the area was being serving as a mobilisation point for Cambodian troops. Investigators have uncovered no evidence to support this assertion.
