The Monarch Desires Andrew to Lose Naval Title, Official States
The Ministry of Defence is actively proceeding to revoke the Duke's last honorary military rank following the direction of King Charles, the defense minister has announced.
John Healey said the Monarch had "expressed his desire for this outcome".
Prince Andrew, who was lost his royal prince status on this past week, kept his Vice Admiral position in the Royal Navy after relinquishing his remaining defense appointments in the previous year.
"This is the correct course of action, it's a move the King has indicated we should take and we're working on that at the moment," the official stated to a television interview.
