Our Task Consists of Solely Eliminating' - The Way The Sudanese Vicious Fighting Force Perpetrated a Mass Killing

Caution: This Account Presents Disturbing Accounts of Executions.

Militiamen chuckle as they travel on the back of a pick-up truck, hurrying alongside a line of multiple lifeless forms and heading towards the setting Sudanese evening sky.

"See all this accomplishment. Observe this instance of mass destruction," a combatant exclaims.

He smiles as he points the camera on his person and his companion fighters, their paramilitary badges on display: "These people are all going to die this way."

These individuals are exulting in a atrocity that relief organizations suspect killed in excess of 2,000 people in the African urban center of the Darfur city during October.

A Community Isolated from the World

After maintaining the community under encirclement for nearly 24 months, from August the paramilitary force advanced to consolidate its dominance and prevent access for the remaining civilian population.

Satellite images show that forces commenced to erect a massive sand wall - a raised dirt embankment - around the perimeter of el-Fasher, blocking access routes and blocking aid.

While the blockade worsened, multiple individuals were slain in an paramilitary strike on a place of worship on mid-September, while the UN stated 53 additional were murdered in drone and cannon strikes on a displacement camp in fall.

At dawn on 26 October the paramilitary force defeated the remaining army defenses and took control of the primary base in the city, the command center of the Military Unit, as the military pulled back.

Perhaps the most horrific footage to appear and analysed depicted the results of a mass killing at a university building on the western side of the community, where scores corpses were visible strewn throughout the ground.

An elderly person clad in a robe was seated isolated amongst the corpses. The individual looked to gaze as a combatant equipped with a rifle proceeded descending the staircase in the direction of the individual. pointing his rifle, the fighter discharged a one round at the individual, who fell to the floor still.

"Why is this individual still alive," a fighter exclaimed. "Shoot him."

Space-based imagery recorded on October 26th appeared to substantiate that executions were also carried out on the roads of el-Fasher, according to a report issued by the university analysis team.

One eyewitness who communicated said the individual had witnessed "multiple of our family members getting massacred - the victims were gathered in a single location and all killed."

RSF Commanders Try to Conduct Reputation Management

Following the events that came after the atrocity, paramilitary chief acknowledged that his troops had perpetrated "wrongdoings" and said the occurrences would be looked into.

Part of the detained was following a report detailing his killings. Carefully staged and edited video published on the militia's formal Telegram account depict the individual being escorted into a cell at a detention facility on the outskirts of al-Fashir.

Meanwhile, the militia and affiliated digital profiles began attempting to alter the account.

Updates presenting its militiamen providing assistance to inhabitants were shared by various individuals, while the paramilitary's media office released numerous videos claiming to display the proper treatment of government prisoners of war.

Despite the online campaign being used by the militia, their activities in al-Fashir have provoked worldwide anger.
